At The Art of Well-Being, we believe growth happens through connection — with self, others, and the body. Our integrative approach combines evidence-based psychotherapy with creative and movement-based modalities, including inMotion therapy, art therapy, dance/movement therapy, and therapeutic yoga.

Grounded in polyvagal theory and the science of the nervous system, our work helps clients regulate, reconnect, and find safety within themselves. We understand that not everyone — especially children and teens — processes emotions best by sitting still and talking. Through somatic and expressive therapies, we meet clients where they are: in movement, creativity, play, and authentic expression.

This integrative model fosters body awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. It’s effective for all types of clients — whether you’ve tried traditional talk therapy without success, or you’re naturally drawn to a more creative, active, and experiential approach.
